Where to request a refund

Because purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, refund requests go to the store you bought from and follow that store's refund rules.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Coin packs

Coin pack refunds also follow the store's rules. Coins that have already been spent may not be refundable.
