Zero tolerance for harm to children.

Age limit

JustDisabled is for people aged 18 and over only. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating an account, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed.

What is prohibited

We apply a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating, sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM.
• Any content that sexualizes a child.
• Contacting a child for sexual purposes or grooming a child.
• Sexual extortion (sextortion).
• Child trafficking.
• Content that praises or normalizes the sexual abuse of children.

This rule applies to every part of the app, including profiles, photos, posts, stories, comments, chats, voice messages, groups, voice rooms, events and live streams.

Reporting

• In the app: on every profile, post, comment, chat, group and event, use Report and Block from the menu. Reports are reviewed by our moderators.
• Without using the app: write to the child safety contact email below.

Enforcement

Violating content is removed, the account is permanently closed, and the person is blocked from registering again.

Reporting to authorities and legal compliance

When we become aware of CSAM, we remove it, preserve the relevant records in line with applicable law, and report it to the competent national authorities (in Türkiye, law enforcement and public prosecutors) and relevant organizations (for example NCMEC or the regional competent authority). We respond to law enforcement requests within the legal framework.

We comply with applicable child safety laws.

Child safety contact

We give priority to child safety reports. We suggest using the subject line "Child safety".

In an emergency

For a child in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye; ALO 183 for children).
