Delete account & data

Leaving is your decision too.

You can delete your JustDisabled account at any time, without explaining yourself to anyone. This page describes how, and what happens next.

How to delete from the app

  1. Open JustDisabled and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Options with the two-dot button on your profile card.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, age, city, about text, interests and preferences.
  • Your photos.
  • The posts, stories and comments you shared.

What is kept

Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment records), and limited records needed for safety, are retained for the applicable legal period and deleted when it ends. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel it separately in your store account's subscription settings.
  • Think about your coins. After the account is deleted, any remaining coins and wallet balance can't be restored.
  • If you only want a break, you can turn on Settings › Go Anonymous instead; your profile stays but nobody sees you.

If you can't sign in

Your account remains even if you've uninstalled the app or changed devices. Reinstall the app, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and follow the steps above. If you can't use the app, you can also request deletion by writing to us from the email address linked to your account.
